Types of Bahrain eVisa Available to Eligible Travellers

Tourist eVisa 

For doing activities like tourism and sightseeing, select the tourist eVisa during the application process.

90 Days Validity

1 Year Validity

14 Days Validity  

• Allows single entry
• 14 days maximum stay

Business eVisa

Choose if the travel purpose is attending business meetings, conferences, or other non-paid business activities.

1 Year Validity  

• Allows multiple entries
• 90 days maximum stay

14 Days Validity  

• Allows single entry
• 14 days maximum stay

Family eVisa

Applicants can choose the family eVisa if they are visiting Bahrain to meet their family members.

90 Days Validity 

• Allows multiple entries
• 30 days maximum stay

1 Year Validity  

• Allows multiple entries
• 90 days maximum stay

2 Weeks Validity

• Allows single entry
• 14 days maximum stay

Note: All 1-year multiple-entry eVisas require the first entry to be made within the first 90 days of issuance.

Bahrain eVisa Application Requirements

Following are the common document required to be submitted by all the applicants for their Bahrain eVisa application, regardless of their nationality and selected eVisa type:

1. Passport Scan: A clear scan of the passport biopage having validity period of at least 6 months from the date of arrival in Bahrain.
2. Proof of Return Ticket:
• A confirmed flight return ticket if exiting the country by air. Or
• If exiting the country by land or by sea, provide a signed request letter mentioning the mode of transport, details for next generation and exit dates.
3. Proof Of Accommodation:
   • Proof of confirmed hotel booking Or
   • If staying with a Bahraini host, then provide their National ID card which proves their residency in Bahrain.

Apply Online for Bahrain eVisa

Fill out the Application Form: Complete the application by selecting the eVisa type, adding passport and travel details, selecting a processing option and uploading documents.

Pay the eVisa Fee: Pay the Bahrain eVisa fee using a credit or debit card, PayPal, or through any other accepted payment method.

Receive an approved Bahrain eVisa: The approved Bahrain eVisa will be sent by email. Download and make a copy for travel.
